Balkans, also called Balkan Peninsula, easternmost of Europe's three great southern peninsulas. There is not universal agreement on the region's components. The Balkans are usually characterized as comprising Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia - with all or part of each of those countries located withing the peninsula. Portions of Greece and Turkey are also located within the geographic region generally defined as the Balkan Peninsula, and many descriptions of the Balkans include those countries.

Day 1

Assemble 3 hours before departure time. Depart to Athens via Muscat. Arrive Athens. Transfer to hotel and overnight. 

Day 2

Athens - Kalambaka

After breakfast, transfer for Athens city tour with visit to Acropolis. The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient citadel located on a rocky outcrop above the city of Athens and contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, the most famous being the Parthenon. After tour, proceed drive to Kalambaka. On arrival, check in hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Kalambaka - Ohrid

After breakfast, visit Meteora. The Meteora is a rock formation in central Greece hosting one of the largest and most precipitously built complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries, second in importance only to Moutn Athos. Continue journey to Ohrid. On arrival, free time at Ohrid town center. Check in hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Orhid - Tirana - Shkoder

After breakfast, drive to Tirana. On arrival, doing a walking tour of Tirana, the capital of Albania, is known for its colorful Ottoman-, Fascist- and Soviet-era architecture. Pastel buildings surround the city’s focal point, Skanderbeg Square, which is named for its equestrian statue of a national hero. On the square’s north end is the modernist National History Museum, covering prehistoric times through Communist rule and the anti-Communist uprisings of the 1990s. Proceed drive to Shkoder , dinner & overnight.

Day 5

Shkoder - Kotor - Dubrovnik

After breakfast, continue drive to Kotor. On arrival, free time to explore Kotor old town. After tour, continue drive to Dubrovnik. On arrival, brief tour of Dubrovnik with some free times which a city in southern Croatia fronting the Adriatic Sea. It’s known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century, dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Dubrovnik - Mostar - Sarajevo

After breakfast, drive to Mostar. Tour of Mostar with stops at the famous bridge. Free time in a city of southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, straddling the Neretva River. It’s known for the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a reconstructed medieval arched bridge. After that, drive to Sarajevo. On arrival, walking tour of Old Town of Sarajevo. Some free time before check in hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Sarajevo - Travnik - Bihac

After breakfast, visit the war tunnel of Sarjevo before continue drive to Travnik. On arrival, visit old fort. Continue drive to Bihac with stops at Vodenice. On arrival, check in, dinner and overnight.

Bihac - Lake Plitvice - Zagreb

After breakfast, transfer to Lake Plitvice, a 295 sq forest reserve in central Croatia. It’s known for a chain of 16 terraced lakes, joined by waterfalls, that extend into a limestone canyon. Walkways and hiking trails wind around and across the water and an electric boat links the 12 upper and 4 lower lakes. Continue drive to Zagreb, experience pray at Islamic Centre. Continue with sightseeing of Zagreb with free time. Dinner and overnight.

Day 9

Zagreb - Ljubljana - Venice

After breakfast, drive to Ljubljana, Slovenia. On arrival, free time for sightseeing around Ljubljana old town citys Slovenia’s capital and largest city and It’s known for its university population and green spaces, including expansive Tivoli Park. The curving Ljubljanica River, lined in outdoor cafes, divides the city’s old town from its commercial hub. Continue drive to Venice. On arrival, take a boat to St Marks Square. Sightseeing around Venice with free time for Gondola ride and shopping around at St Marks Square and experience a sunset at Venice. Back to mainland and proceed for dinner & overnight.

Day 10

Venice - Milan

After breakfast, transfer to visit the Duomo and Galleria. Some free time for photos and shopping. Milan is a metropolis in Italy’s northern Lombardy region, is a global capital of fashion and design. Home to the national stock exchange, it’s a financial hub also known for its high-end restaurants and shops. The Gothic Duomo di Milano cathedral and the Santa Maria delle Grazie convent, housing Leonardo da Vinci’s mural “The Last Supper,” testify to centuries of art and culture. Proceed drive transfer to airport for flight back to Kuala Lumpur for the night flight.
